Applicable to Individual Lessons, Lesson Packages, and Group Lessons

Booking & Validity
• Lessons must be booked in advance and are subject to instructor's availability.
• Packages and lessons are valid only at the Topgolf Academy location where purchased.
• All lessons must be used within the specified validity period (e.g., 180 days for packages); expired lessons cannot be used or refunded.
• Group lessons are conducted with 2-3 or 4-6 participants, depending on the selected program. Participant numbers will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Modifications
• Cancellations or rescheduling are free if made 24+ hours in advance.
• Changes made within 24 hours or no-shows will result in the lesson being forfeited.
• Any unused lessons in a package will be automatically charged upon expiry.

Refunds & Transfers
• Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable once the first lesson has been used.
• A full refund may be granted if cancelled within 1 month of purchase and before the first session.
• After the first session, partial refunds (subject to management approval) will be calculated by deducting the standard single-lesson rate (individual, shared, or junior) for any lessons used.
• No refunds will be issued after 50% of the package is used, unless in extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical, with documentation), subject to management approval.
• No refunds after the package expiry date, regardless of usage.

Group Programs & Packages
• Programs such as Junior Program, Junior Camp, and Swing & Socialize are offered as structured group packages.
• These packages run for a specific time period -typically 1 week, 1 month, or 6 weeks —depending on the program.
• Each program includes a set number of sessions scheduled in advance and must be attended within the defined period.
• Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
• Programs are non-refundable and non-transferable once started.
• Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions as per the program outline.

General
• Clients must adhere to all Topgolf Academy policies and follow instructor guidance.
