Do I have to make a reservation?
No! You can come in as a walk-in guest as well. We just suggest that you try get here during the day as we do get a tad busy sometimes (especially on the weekends).
Can I book over the phone?
Our team is unable to take reservations over the phone. BUT we’ve made reserving a bay much simpler than talking to a human being. Our online booking tool lets you check availability and reserve any open time slot in just a few clicks. Secure your Fast Pass now!
How far can I book in advance?
Our Fast Pass system allows you to book up to 7 days in advance for up to 6 Guests at a time between opening to 12AM daily.
I've selected a time but it wont let me reserve?
We only allocate a portion of our bays to Reservations, and all reservation bay availability is published online 7 days in advance. If showing sold out online, unfortunately that means no additional reservations are available on that date/time. Walk-in's are always welcome though, so come on in!
Pro tip: reservations become available at 6 a.m. local time 7 days out, so don't be alarmed if you check at midnight and don't see any availability yet! Set that alarm if you're anxious and be the first to snag a bay. Also note, if a guest with a reservation cancels, that reservation bay is added back into online inventory and becomes available for a new guest to snag.
I want to book and event. How do I do that?
Every morning our Event Sales Associates wake up and can't wait to help you put on an awesome event.
