What is Topgolf?

In short, we’re a sports entertainment complex that features an inclusive, high-tech golf game that everyone can enjoy. Paired with an outstanding food and beverage menu, 96 hitting bays and music, every Topgolf has an energetic hum that you can feel right when you walk through the door.

What makes Topgolf so high-tech?

Our patented technology allows you to track your golf ball and accurately score each shot based on the target it enters. Which also means we can’t get into the details of how it actually works.

Topgolf venues are also adding Toptracer technology, allowing you to see a real-time trace of your ball's flight path as well as insights into speed, distance, angle and accuracy. Basically, everything you’d ever want to know about your shot.

Can I book a bay?

Visit our reservations page at and at an additional cost, select your preferred day and time. Once you have secure your reservatioon, you will be provided priority access to the next available bay at the time you have booked.

Are your prices are per bay or per person?

Our pricing is per bay, per hour. You are allowed up to 6 people per bay! Bring your group and enjoy an hour of Game Play. If you wish to extend your Game Play, your Bay Host will happily ask you before your hour is finished if you want to extend and then increase your game time at an additional cost.

Do you provide clubs or must I bring my own?

Every bay includes a set of Ladies and Men's golf clubs, free of charge to use during your game play. If you're bring the kids or a leftie, then feel free to ask your Bay Host for set of golf clubs so you and the little ones don't have to miss out on the fun.

If you’re more comfortable playing with your own clubs, we have designated areas within our bays to store them. We will also store your clubs in our club room if we happen to be on a wait so that you can enjoy our venue without lugging them around.

Is there an age limit?

Our venue welcomes all ages and abilities. Bring the kids, bring the family, bring your friends! We're fun for everyone.

  • Please note:
    Anyone under 16 must be supervised at all times by a guest aged 21+
    After 9PM, anyone under 18 must be supervised by a guest aged 21+

Guests aged 21+ must showcase valid ID upon request

Do you have parking?

Yes, we have general parking for all Guests as well as a taxi drop off and pick up so you don't have to drive if you don't want to!

Are you wheelchair accessible?

Yes we are! Our venue entrance is accessible for wheelchair and prams and we have elevators which go to all floors.

What are your rules?

At Topgolf, everyone's well-being is very important. We are committed to providing an excellent experience in a welcoming and inclusive environment so we can have fun together. Combining a few laughs, great food, and hours of Topgolf can create some epic memories. So for all parties involved, and we do mean parties, please follow our code of conduct:

  • Obey all verbal and posted rules and instructions. Use common sense to protect yourself and others.
  • All players must hit from the mat at all times. No running starts (we all loved that movie too).
  • Only the person hitting a ball should stand beyond the red line. All other players should stand behind the red line at all times. Players are responsible for the safety of others around them and should always check their surroundings before swinging a club.
  • Aim for the targets at all times - how else are you going to score? Hitting golf balls over the boundary netting is prohibited, and all players are responsible for damages or injuries caused by any balls hit outside of the premises. (Topgolf balls report back to us when they’ve lost their way outside our nets…)
  • Throwing golf balls is prohibited.
  • Any Guest under 16, or under 18 after 9pm, must always be supervised by a Guest over 21.
  • Players must stay behind the yellow line at all times. Please take extra care when playing from upstairs bays.
  • Topgolf is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Thank you for being courteous and respectful to all Guests & Associates while enjoying your time at Topgolf.


Do I have to make a reservation?

No! You can come in as a walk-in guest as well. We just suggest that you try get here during the day as we do get a tad busy sometimes (especially on the weekends). 

Can I book over the phone?

Unfortunately, you can't make any bookings over the phone, but our super simple booking system guarantees good times in just a few clicks! Book your bay here.

How far can I book in advance?

Our reservations system allows you to book up to 7 days in advance for up to 6 Guests at a time between 10am on weekdays and 9am on weekends to 12am everyday. 

I've selected a time but it wont let me reserve?

We only allocate a portion of our bays to Reservations, and all reservation bay availability is published online up to 14 days in advance. If showing sold out online, unfortunately that means no additional reservations are available on that date/time. Walk-in's are always welcome though, so come on in!

Pro tip: reservations become available at 6 a.m. local time up to 14 days out, so don't be alarmed if you check at midnight and don't see any availability yet! Set that alarm if you're anxious and be the first to snag a bay. Also note, if a guest with a reservation cancels, that reservation bay is added back into online inventory and becomes available for a new guest to snag.


I want to book and event. How do I do that?

Every morning our Event Sales Associates wake up and can't wait to help you put on an awesome event. Events at Topgolf start with a minimum of 12 people (2+ bays) and there is no event our team can't handle, so let's get planning, so if that's what you're looking for visit 

I want to make my event as personal as possible. Can you do that?

Whether its a corporate event, birthday party or team building outing, our events packages include personalisable menus, special add-ons and a selection of event spaces so that you get exactly what you want, how you want it. 

I don't want to plan an event, but I do want to celebrate my birthday at Topgolf. What do I do?

If you don't want to commit to an events package, you can come in as a walk-in Guest or reserve a bay. Let our team know on your arrival, or give us a call, and we'll do what we can to make your day just as special!


Do you have vegetarian options?

Yes, several items on our menu are vegetarian or can be modified to be vegetarian!

Can I bring my own food?

We do not permit outside food or beverage to be brought in due to health and safety practices. The only exception is for store bought cakes for birthdays or other celebrations.

Allergens and gluten notice

Important Notice: Our menu lists allergens for your health and safety. Please note that products containing allergens and gluten are stored in our kitchen. There may be a chance of cross-contact so we cannot guarantee these products for those with a food allergy or celiac disease.

Guests are advised to consider this information as it relates to their individual dietary needs and requirements. Before placing your order, please inform your server if a person in your party has a food allergy.


What is the purpose of a membership?

Our Lifetime membership is AED 20, and it allows you to play our venue. When you get to the bay, just type in your phone number/email (or swipe your Membership Card at select venues) at the game panel and our technology will track your score by name. What is a Platinum membership?

Platinum Membership is your go-to when you want your experience to go the extra mile. Enjoy 20% discount on food & beverage, 10% discount on retail, along with priority bay access, classic weekday play, and so much more.

What is a Corporate membership?

Our Corporate Memberships are designed for multiple individuals to share exclusive benefits during special Corporate Hours. Our memberships are perfect for sharing with friends, family or coworkers! Each membership is good for one bay of up to six players, at any one time.
